Barr. Mrs. Uju Nonye is a distinguished legal practitioner and chartered arbitrator with extensive experience in litigation, corporate law, and dispute resolution. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and a Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. She is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.
With a legal career spanning over a decade, Barr. Nonye has served as a Litigation Officer, Solicitor, and Legal Consultant at Mgboh, Offiah & Co., Enugu, where she was instrumental in legal research, case management, and office administration.
Previously, she held a key role at Fort Security and Communication Ltd, Enugu, providing legal counsel, staff training, customer relations, and corporate governance support. Her commitment to justice and legal excellence was further demonstrated during her NYSC at the Bauchi State Ministry of Justice, where she worked as a Litigation Officer and Solicitor.

Currently, Chief Engr. Julius Nwaoke Dike is the Managing Director of Knockings Oil and Gas Services Limited. In this role, he continues to leverage his extensive expertise and visionary leadership to drive the company's success and contribute to the sustainable development of Nigeria's oil and gas sector.
Before relocating to Nigeria, Chief Engr. Julius Nwaoke Dike accumulated a wealth of experience in the United States. He spent 5 years as an environmental chemist at Henkel Surface Technologies, where he was instrumental in developing innovative solutions to environmental challenges.
He then transitioned to Lipo Technologies in Vandalia, Ohio, where he worked for another 5 years as a formulation chemist, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge chemical formulations.
Chief Engr. Julius Nwaoke Dike's career reached new heights during his 20-year tenure with Delphi Corporation, a division of General Motors USA. At Delphi, he started as a chemical engineer and quickly climbed the ranks to become Manager of Research and Development (R&D). His exceptional leadership and visionary approach led to his promotion as Director of the R&D Chemical Division, a position he held for 7 years. In this role, he spearheaded numerous groundbreaking research initiatives and played a pivotal role in driving the company's technological advancements.
Chief Engr. Julius Nwaoke Dike is a distinguished environmental expert with over 13 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria. Known for his unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability, he has collaborated with the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and the Federal Ministry of Environment as a consultant on numerous high-impact projects. His areas of expertise include Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies, integrity testing, hydrostatic and pressure testing of pipelines, and calibration of vessels, where he has demonstrated exceptional technical proficiency and strategic insight.
Chief Engr. Engr. Ibinabo Edgar Jack is a seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds a B.Tech in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering and has expertise in operations, project management, and process design. As the GM Gas Infrastructure/Facility Operations at Knockings Oil and Gas Services Limited (KOGSL), he leads high-profile projects and ensures their success.
Engr. Jack has excelled in complex negotiations and strategic partnerships. He represented KOGSL in the KNOCKINGS/NGML UJV partnership, the KNOCKINGS/AIZ gas supply contract, and the KNOCKINGS/CHINA PRMS equipment negotiation, securing favorable outcomes and strengthening vital business relationships.
He also demonstrated engineering and project management expertise by leading the design and overseeing the construction of the KOGSL PRMS gas station at Sagamu. His leadership ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.

At the Emerald Energy Institute, Dr. Onyije contributed over eight years of research, specializing in the economic evaluation of downstream petroleum projects, including refineries and fertilizer production facilities. His work has shaped strategic investment decisions and supported the development of vital energy infrastructure.
Currently, Dr. Onyije serves as the Head of Gas Processing and Marketing at Knockings Oil and Gas Services Limited, spearheading strategies to position the company as a leader in natural gas services in Nigeria and West Africa.
